Denver Water has chosen EcoSystems to be its exclusive water conservation retrofit partner. Together, we provide a FREE Water Conservation Audit and Retrofit/Repair Program for low income and non-profit customers in the Denver Water service area.

 

If you qualify for LEAP or any other low income government programs such as SNAP or Section 8, you are automatically qualified to receive a brand new high-efficiency toilet, shower head and sink aerator install from Denver Water at no cost to you.


Qualifications: (must be a Denver Water account holder)​

DENVER SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES

• The existing toilet has a flush volume exceeding 1.28 gallons per flush (GPF).

•  If you are a tenant occupying a residence, the owner must sign on to accept the project.​

DENVER MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCES

• The existing toilet has a flush volume exceeding 1.28 gallons per flush (GPF).

• Provide affordable housing (inquire for more details).

• Non-profit organizations are eligible for replacement of all qualifying toilets after providing IRS proof of non-profit status.

• If you are a tenant occupying a residence, the owner must sign on to accept the project. 

 

​Only low income residences are eligible for the free replace or repair program. Proof of eligibility may be required.
